About the Position
This role will be responsible for transporting and delivery of the mobile medical clinic to hospitals, clinics, and client sites. The Operator will maintain care, custody and control of a Mobile clinic assigned to a partner project, communicate with the client, set up and oversee the unit while on location to help the client maximize the benefits of the unit.
General Tasks
• Determines condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use; logging inspection; reporting requirements, maintaining a clean environment of standards provided by the client, and keeping the vehicle supplies inventory.
• Pack up and inspect interior and exterior of vehicle and secure vehicle prior to transport. Set up vehicle at delivery site.
• Delivers vehicle to programmatic destination; selecting route; driving the vehicle.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing any needed maintenance.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions; calling Client Services team for guidance on repairs; maintaining equipment supplies; evaluating new equipment and techniques, mechanically inclined.
• Maintains safe vehicle conditions and protects vehicle by complying with organization policies and procedures and highway rules and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Communicate with client for delivery arrival and schedule.
• Attends all internal and external meetings on behalf of our client and Mission Mobile Medical.
• Intakes patients using clients electronic medical record system, documents information accordingly.
• Provides updates and reports for clinic data, processes, and learnings.
• Is the face of our client and Mission Mobile Medical for community outreach, social media, and vendor relations.
• Works directly with MHCS Program Manager for additional tasks and responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications
- Clean driving record, ability to pass drug testing.
- 2+ years of experience with specialty vehicles.
- A broad base of knowledge in automotive vehicle systems.
- Ability to be on the road for extended periods.
- Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
- EMT Certification a must.
Work Environment
Work will typically be performed on the road in a mobile clinic setting.

• 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
