Community Health Worker

Team: Mobile Health Operations

Be the trusted face that turns a parking lot into a place of healing. Imagine being the reason someone finally gets care they’ve been putting off, simply because you were the one who showed up, listened, and made it feel possible. At Mission Mobile Medical, our Community Health Workers are the bridge between the clinic on wheels and the community it serves—driving the unit, welcoming patients by name, and building the kind of trust that turns a single stop into lasting care. We’re looking for someone who wants to:

💛 Meet people exactly where they are—literally and personally

💛 Be the familiar, steady presence that makes healthcare feel less intimidating

💛 Be part of something bigger than a routine job—this is purpose-driven work, on the move

Find your way back to the joy of taking care of your community.
