Cabinet Technician

Mission Mobile Medical is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Cabinet Technician who’s just as passionate about people as we are. This role will be responsible for building and assembling custom cabinetry tailored for our innovative mobile health units. You’ll contribute to the design and construction process, working with precision and care to ensure every component meets high-quality standards. General

As a Cabinet Technician, you will:

  • Accurately measure, mark, and interpret CAD drawings to ensure precise dimensions and effective job layout
  • Build and assemble custom cabinetry components, verifying measurements and alignments to meet quality standards
  • Set up and operate shop equipment including handsaws, table saws, drills, and sanding tools; maintain and clean equipment for optimal performance
  • Reinforce joints for durability and install hardware such as hinges and handles; order replacement materials as needed
  • Double-check calculations and measurements and maintain a safe, clean working environment
  • Collaborate with team members during installation, addressing challenges and providing solutions to ensure project success

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker
  • Performance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders

Talents and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with finishing techniques, including stain, paint, varnish, and laminates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Knowledge of safety practices in a workshop environment.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Salary & Benefits

  1. 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service
  2. Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans
  3. $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution
  4. Dental/Vision – employee contribution
  5. 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match
  6. Weekly payday, every Friday
  7. Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages.
  8. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Offers are based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Pay range – $24 - $26 per hour
