Wallpaper Installer

Mission Mobile Medical is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Wallpaper Installer who’s just as passionate about people as we are. This role will be responsible for installing high-quality wallpaper on commercial vehicles, ensuring a professional finish that meets both aesthetic and functional standards. At Mission Mobile Medical, every detail matters—including the look and feel of our vehicles. This role supports our mission to deliver care with dignity and professionalism, starting from the moment someone sees our mobile unit arrive.   

 

General  

As a Wallpaper Installer, you will:  

  • Accurately measure vehicle surfaces to ensure precise wallpaper application
  • Assess and plan layouts to ensure smooth, seamless installations, aligning patterns and designs as needed
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, priming, and sanding to ensure a smooth, even application
  • Inspect surfaces for any imperfections or damage and take necessary steps to repair them before wallpaper installation
  • Cut wallpaper to the correct size and dimensions based on vehicle specifications
  • Ensure precise cutting around edges, curves, and contours for a clean, professional fit
  • Apply wallpaper to vehicle surfaces using appropriate adhesives and techniques
  • Smooth and flatten wallpaper to remove air bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections during installation
  • Ensure perfect alignment of patterns, textures, and seams for a flawless appearance
  • Inspect completed installations to ensure wallpaper is properly adhered, seams are well-matched, and the finish meets company standards
  • Address and resolve any issues with installations, including reworking edges, seams, or areas of concern.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Proven experience as a wallpaper installer, preferably in a commercial or vehicle-specific context
  • Performance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders  

 

Talents & Abilities  

  • Strong knowledge of various wallpaper types, adhesives, and installation techniques
  • Ability to measure and cut materials accurately, ensuring a perfect fit on various surfaces
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision, especially when handling intricate patterns and designs
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 30+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Salary & Benefits  

  1. 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service  
  1. Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans  
  1. $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution  
  1. Dental/Vision – employee contribution  
  1. 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match  
  1. Weekly payday, every Friday  
  1. Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages.  
  1. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Offers are based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Starting hourly rate: $23-$25
