Position Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating our mission by cultivating relationships with healthcare leaders and guiding them through the process of acquiring mobile clinic infrastructure. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to prospects—from first conversation to signed Master Service Agreement (MSA)—while managing a healthy pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
This is a hybrid remote role with quarterly visits to HQ, regular conference attendance, and opportunities to connect directly with innovative healthcare organizations across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Development
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with executive-level decision-makers across a range of healthcare organizations.
- Understand client missions, clinical objectives, and patient access challenges.
- Lead clients through a consultative sales process focused on outcomes, impact, and value.
- Drive the completion of MSAs and serve as the point of contact for contract discussions.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Manage both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Attend industry conferences and regional events to represent the company and generate new leads.
- Deliver compelling presentations and solution proposals tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Accurately track and report sales activities and forecast performance through CRM tools.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, production, operations, finance) to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and successful handoffs post-sale.
- Share market trends, prospect feedback, and sales insights to support strategy development and product innovation.
- Contribute to high-level planning for market expansion and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles—with a strong focus on healthcare markets.
- Proven success working with or selling to one or more of the following sectors:
- Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)
- Rural Health Clinics (RHCs)
- Community Behavioral Health Centers (CCBHCs)
- Opioid Treatment Providers (OTPs)
- Public Health Departments
- Hospitals/Health Systems
- ACOs/MCOs
- Higher Education with medical or public health programs
- Government-funded healthcare initiatives
- Experience managing consultative or capital sales processes, ideally including RFPs or MSAs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual collaboration platforms.

Salary & Benefits
• 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
• Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans.
• $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution.

• 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match.
• Weekly payday, every Friday.

• Salary range $75-80K, with a progressive growth plan based on performance. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining the final salary.
