JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW |
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Business Development Officer is responsible for performing a wide range of complex and unique regional leadership functions for Horizons Community Solutions. In conjunction with the CEO, the Chief Business Development Officer focuses on securing the resources necessary for fulfilling the organization’s mission. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with partners, identifying new partners, identifying new funding opportunities, and strategizing new programs and campaigns. The Chief Business Development Officer serves as a high-level representative of and an ambassador for the organization. Incorporated in 2002, Horizons is a rapidly growing, nationally recognized nonprofit organization. The position is located at Horizons’ main office in Albany, Georgia, with approximately 20% required travel throughout South Georgia and other areas of the state. |

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS |
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management (required). Master’s degree (Preferred). Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. |
