About the Role
As a Business Systems Analyst you will help support, improve, and scale the company’s core business systems and workflows. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and process improvement while helping connect the business together in a more scalable and structured way. Through your knowledge of business operations, you will identify friction points across teams and systems, and can help translate operational needs into practical system solutions. The Business Systems Analyst will report to the Director of IT and will work on-site in our Los Angeles Headquarters.
Responsibilities

Partner with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, and eCommerce to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and help design scalable solutions.

Support and improve workflows across platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, Airtable, and integration platforms like Celigo.

Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, improve visibility, and create better system alignment across the organization.

Work closely with technical resources, vendors, and developers to support integrations, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.

Create and maintain documentation including workflows, SOPs, process maps, functional requirements, and system-related procedures.

Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of new processes or system enhancements to ensure business requirements are properly met before deployment.

Help improve data consistency and reporting visibility across systems to support better operational and business decision-making.

Support the development of governance and intake processes for business system requests, operational improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting operational systems and business processes.

Experience working with ERP, eCommerce, or operational platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, Airtable, or similar systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand both the operational and technical side of business processes.

Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams while helping bridge operational requirements into actionable solutions.

Experience with integrations, workflow automation, reporting, process improvement, or cross-system data flows is highly preferred.

Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and business needs.

Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Experience within retail, luxury, consumer goods, supply chain, or eCommerce environments is a plus.
