Your responsibilities are – but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all PR-related loan requests, including sample send-outs and returns, ensuring accurate tracking, inventory oversight, and proper cataloguing of all pieces.

  • Oversee and manage the press sample inventory, guaranteeing availability, condition control, and efficient circulation across markets.

  • Organize and supervise press gifting shipments throughout the European market, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Provide daily support for press requests, including the preparation and distribution of visuals, press materials, and the collection of press feedback and coverage reports.

 Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of PR events such as store openings, press days, dinners, and special brand activations.

  • Act as a key point of contact for PR agencies across the European market (Paris, London, Milan), ensuring smooth communication, follow-ups, and alignment on priorities and deadlines.

  • Support the PR team with administrative tasks, reporting

Key Requirements:

  • Student in Communication, PR, Fashion, or Luxury Management

  • Strong interest in luxury, fashion, and design

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
