Role Overview:
The Made to Measure Artisan at Jacques Marie Mage is responsible for delivering exceptional customization services for frames and lenses, ensuring each client receives a personalized and world-class experience in line with the brand's luxury heritage and craftsmanship. In this role, you will work directly with clients to create bespoke optical solutions, while collaborating with the Retail Director to maintain high standards of service and aesthetics, contributing to the gallery's success and business objectives.

Optical Services & Client Care:

Provide exceptional made-to-measure and optical services, including client eye exams, prescription consultations, and lens fittings, ensuring a highly personalized experience.

Assist in the accurate filling of prescriptions and ensure the timely delivery of eyewear products to exceed client expectations.

Build strong relationships with opticians and optometrists, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality eyewear solutions.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert recommendations on frames, lenses, and vision solutions tailored to their needs.
Sales and Performance:

Support in driving sales for optical services, including frames, lenses, and prescription products, while upholding the brand's luxury standards.

Help meet key sales targets for appointment bookings, eyewear sales, and prescription conversions, ensuring the gallery’s goals are met.

Contribute to the analysis of optical sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing results.

Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty, focusing on their optical needs.
Operational Excellence:

Ensure all optical equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and meets industry standards for eye care and examinations.

Help manage the inventory of lenses, frames, and optical tools to ensure stock levels align with client demand and sales goals.

Support daily operations within the optical department, including scheduling and assisting with operational tasks.
Team Support and Development:

Assist in training and guiding the optical team on product knowledge, best practices for client interactions, and optical care.

Represent Jacques Marie Mage as a brand ambassador, embodying both optical and product knowledge in all client interactions.
Key Requirements:

3-5 years of high-end or luxury retail environment, preferably in optical services.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Shopify, with the ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and generate performance reports.

Impeccable speaking and communication skills, capable of delivering clear and effective communication to both clients and team members.

Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong mentorship mentality, with a proactive approach to leadership and team development.

Experience in client-based business models, with a focus on building relationships, client retention, and sales growth.

Optician license, with experience in providing optical services such as eye exams, prescriptions, and fittings.
