Our client is in the early stages of revenue growth with a long list of leads that need to be nurtured and closed by an experienced sales professional. We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative with a proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales. You will be responsible for creating and driving strategic sales initiatives and developing accounts while achieving quota and creating satisfied customers. 

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of software industry needs and a fluid ability to integrate them into a client’s best interest. This position will collaborate closely with various teams inside the organization to empower digital business and provide best-in-class experiences for our customers.

Our client markets a SaaS facilities management support system that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing and janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more.


What you’ll do:

  • Effectively manage the entire sales life cycle from lead stage to order;
  • Client prospecting – sourcing new leads and qualifying existing leads;
  • Coordinate and lead all prospective client meetings and demos both in person and online;
  • Attend trade shows and “meetups” to develop new contacts;
  • Accurately forecast sales using a CRM program;
  • Regularly update all customer and prospect information on a timely basis;
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.


You should have:

  • A successful and consistent track record of generating new customer sales and attaining sales quotas and goals;
  • A demonstrated proven ability to manage B2B SaaS software sales;
  • Successful sales experience with a B2B SaaS product or platform;
  • Ability to nurture and manage a sales pipeline;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and product demonstration skills;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent customer service and support skills.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems;
  • Some knowledge of the facilities management industry;
  • Some experience in facilities management.
