Salary: $120,000 – $130,000/year (based on relevant experience)
Location: Remote
What you’ll do:
- Deploy, scale, and manage our next generation of real time proprietary AI models which will provide advanced decision guidance to millions of development projects
- Build and manage data infrastructure to support the 9-HI™ Platform and AI Agents
- Help productionize and monitor ML models in Azure
- Own the ML Development Lifecycle and manage the transition from design to production
- Own and maintain our Azure AI Environments, platform, pipelines, and additional Azure Services
- Develop software to automate retraining/redeployment, monitor for model drift, and implement Champion/Challenger Model Framework
- Develop our AI Team CI/CD Pipeline and Test Process
- Assist with the Build Out of our Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and ETL Pipelines
- Build new tools/scripts to feed to our data pipelines and model training (i.e.: External Data Ingestion Engine, Web Scrapers, Email Campaign/Mailer, Algorithm to extract metadata of top 9-HI™ Topics)
- Participate in the engineering life cycle, which includes: designing high-quality ML infrastructure and data pipelines, writing production code, conducting code reviews, and working alongside our Backend and Product Design teams
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of engineering experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (must be a U.S. citizen)
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field of study
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders with various backgrounds in a clear and concise manner
- Azure Cloud Experience (Machine Learning, DevOps, SQL Server, AKS, Functions, Blob Storage, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Redis Cache)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Webservice Experience (APIs/Endpoints, Webhooks, Functions/Lambda, etc.)
- Experience building and using Data Engineering Services like: ETL, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Caching, and Databases
- Ability to build and scale robust Machine Learning Pipelines in Azure
- Strong Software Engineering Skills with Python/SQL & experience with common Software Engineering Practices like: Version Control, CI/CD, The Software Engineering Lifecycle, Scrum, Testing, etc.
- Experience with Python Stack (Pandas, NumPy, Flask, Jupyter, etc.)
- Experience building containerized packages with Docker/Kubernetes/AKS
- Some machine learning experience (Data Preparation/Processing, Feature Engineering, Model Building, Transfer Learning) and familiarity with at least one ML Frameworks like: TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Experience interacting with REST and/or GraphQL API(s) for both retrieving data and delivering results
- Familiar with Transformers, Neural Networks, and Time Series Models is a plus
- Familiar with deploying advanced research and production models to serve millions of users
