We are seeking a talented Web Developer to assist in the development, creation, testing, and review processes needed to take a site from concept through launch. The ideal candidate will work closely with their team to interpret and execute designs for eCommerce clients, while creating and maintaining common code libraries and documentation so each successive project builds from solid foundations. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with clients, UI designers, and senior engineers to develop their vision;
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices;
Developing and managing eCommerce websites, web applications, and other websites;
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices;
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases;
Create and maintain software documentation;
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites;
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Job Requirements and Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
Hands on experience developing, implementing, and configuring commerce solutions using Magento 2 - must have!;
Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress and MySQL;
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery;
Familiarity with API Integration, Third party integration and payment gateways;
Proficient with coding practices and debugging.

Nice-to-haves:

More than two years of experience in a web development role;
Experience with Agile methodologies;
Knowledge of Front-End Development and JavaScript libraries a plus!
