The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage multiple concurrent projects and work with cross-functional teams to meet our strategic and tactical web development objectives. The Web Project Manager serves as a point of contact for technical projects and issues, as well as a liaison between our internal teams and our clients.

 

We are looking for a person with excellent creative judgment and technical knowledge to support engaging digital and web experiences. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with developers and non-developers alike; with the ability to take direction and feedback from multiple sources to create cohesive and compelling websites. Reporting to Electriq’s Director of Web Design and Development, the Web Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the organization. What You’ll Do

  • Act as Project Manager for client relationships and ensure timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are met
  • Provide excellent client support and work to build trust and evolve cross-functional relationships at all levels
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while providing quality assurance, attention to detail, and an outstanding experience for our clients
  • Be an advocate for our clients’ success by constantly aligning our agency team with the client’s goals and objectives
  • Manage client expectations and objections while maintaining a high retention rate
  • Work closely with web design and development team members to provide insights, share client feedback, and ensure all timelines are met
  • Lead, schedule, and follow up on client strategy meetings and contribute to discussions related to current and potential future projects
  • Identify opportunities and develop plans to expand existing account opportunities
  • Collaborate with Client Success Account Managers and any team members who need insights on web services
  • Look for areas of improvement within the team’s process to create a streamlined workflow and implement new processes and initiatives
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects as requested


About You

  • 1+ years of project management work experience required (web, tech, UI/UX design)
  • Basic understanding of web design & development, UI/UX, and CRO principles
  • Knowledge of Shopify platform, apps, and e-commerce industry
  • Proven experience with managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Well-organized and highly analytical
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills  
  • An eye for detail and web design and development best practices in the e-commerce space
