The Purpose of This Role

The role of the Project Manager is critical to thoroughly fulfilling our commitments to enterprise and retail clients accurately and on time while delivering a fascinating user experience consistently. This role requires a service-oriented, quality-driven individual that promotes positive and progressive interactions with our team and clients to get work done. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a desire to work effectively with a team are critical.


Primary Role & Responsibilities


The primary function of this role is to manage projects related to enterprise and channel alliance partner fulfillment within the financial services industry. This role serves as the primary Project Manager for enterprise and partner onboarding, expansion projects, and ongoing cross-departmental collaboration that supports the growth of the department and managed accounts overall. It requires: 


  • A true people leader that clearly and accurately communicates, leads efforts to surface and resolve issues collaboratively, and positively motivates outstanding outcomes for various personality and learning styles

  • Experience coordinating, planning, organizing, controlling, integrating, and completing assigned project(s) 

  • Proficiently using and managing project management software, our technology stack, spreadsheets, and word processing tools (Asana + Google Docs, primarily)

  • Planning agendas and conducting effective and progressive meetings (virtual and in-person, as needed) based on the company approved SOP

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

  • Understanding the goals and objectives of enterprise and partner fulfillment for Snappy Kraken

  • Analyzing data for accuracy, and suggesting and implementing needed solutions

  • Well-spoken and professional appearance on the phone, video chat, and in-person (as needed)

  • Working under the supervision of the Director of Enterprise and Partner Relations and closely with content, product, member engagement, and marketing

  • Completing occasional travel if required

  • Completing ad hoc assignments

Working remotely for Snappy Kraken requires that each team member independently obtains and maintains their own proper working environment, fully equipped with all needed furniture and supplies, including but not limited to stable high-speed internet. The chosen work environment must be clean and free of distractions or noises that may inhibit the ability to provide the functions described in this job description. 


Probationary Period 

New hires must complete a 90-day probationary period. During this time, a new hire will receive training to help them get acquainted with the role, our culture, and learn how to properly execute job functions. An employment relationship may continue if it’s a good fit for everyone, based on the new hire’s alignment with Snappy Kraken values, performance evaluation of specific milestones, accessibility, and communication.  


Accessibility Requirements

As a remote company, it is critical to remember that our contributions and teams are interconnected and accessibility is the expectation. Availability during standard East Coast business hours, or as scheduled, for client inquiries, team calls, and video chats is expected.
