The Purpose of This Role

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations leader to help us pursue our mission to enable Financial Advisors to grow their businesses with our marketing automation tool.  This role will help refine our current enablement strategies by creating systems, processes, and analytics to maximize business results. 


Primary Role & Responsibilities


  • Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Member Engagement, and Marketing to drive alignment with our overall Strategy

  • Provide reports and dashboards on our business at a macro and micro level to drive a deep understanding of our current and future state

  • Data management and enrichment for sales and marketing: manage alignment to our TAM criteria by creating lead lists and managing the roll-out of our outbound prospecting strategy

  • Enable the business to drive business growth and drive business metrics such as new business revenue, expansion revenue, and churn

  • Define and improve current processes and systems

  • Partner with the revenue executive team on pricing and packaging to optimize for customer growth


Primary Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful revenue operation and GTM experience ideally at ap 

  • A strong track record of achieving targets in a high volume, high growth business focused on small businesses

  • Experience discovering and implementing growth opportunities

  • Technical proficiency building and managing integrations with various tools

  • Comfortable working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives

  • Experience and working knowledge of enterprise technology tools would be advantageous (specifically Hubspot, Active Campaign, Planhat)

Working remotely for Snappy Kraken requires that each team member independently obtains and maintains their own proper working environment, fully equipped with all needed furniture and supplies, including but not limited to stable high-speed internet. The chosen work environment must be clean and free of distractions or noises that may inhibit the ability to provide the functions described in this job description. 


Probationary Period 

New hires must complete a 90-day probationary period. During this time, a new hire will receive training to help them get acquainted with the role, our culture, and learn how to properly execute job functions. An employment relationship may continue if it’s a good fit for everyone, based on the new hire’s alignment with Snappy Kraken values, performance evaluation of specific milestones, accessibility, and communication.  


Accessibility Requirements

As a remote company, it is critical to remember that our contributions and teams are interconnected and accessibility is the expectation. Availability during standard East Coast business hours, or as scheduled, for client inquiries, team calls, and video chats is expected.
