To support our rapid growth, we’re looking for a talented Remote HR Manager to scale our current team. The HR Manager is critical to continually enhancing our culture of growth and development so that top talent can thrive, being an effective change agent that maintains alignment with the approved HR Strategy, and diligently protects the company from employment risk. Skilled at developing, implementing, and leading initiatives, this person successfully balances the interests of employees, managers, Executives, and the company as a whole to reach target objectives and metrics. This person is experienced and energized by all aspects of HR, including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance and talent management, and compliance. Must-have skills include confidentiality, honesty, critical listening, mediation, and persuasion. Must demonstrate previous success in scaling an organization.The HR Manager is a direct report of the COO.


  • Holds honestly, trust, and confidentiality in high regard

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field preferred

  • Proven HR experience in a remote, SaaS environment

  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics

  • Experience managing complex compliance regulations

  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems, HR systems and databases

  • Great problem-solving abilities and ability to anticipate potential outcomes

  • A genuinely positive and energetic personality

  • People and results driven

  • Ability to prioritize inbound requests and tasks in a high-volume environment, exercise proper time management, and meet deadlines consistently

  • Supreme attention to detail and organization
