We are looking for an entrepreneurial Remote Digital Advertising Program Manager to lead our rapidly growing digital advertising program launched in 2020. Our model is proven, but still in its infancy, and we need an experienced digital advertising leader to take us to the next level of scale and success.
The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience scaling paid traffic across multiple platforms, can communicate clearly with C-Suite executives, experiment & advocate for new strategies and channels, and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Content teams. This role reports directly to the Chief Content Officer.
The advertising program is a key contributor to our 2021 revenue goals and the job comes with flexible compensation and bonus potential depending on track record as well as the opportunity to participate in our employee stock options pool.
