We are looking for an entry-level Remote Production Artist to provide critical design workload support to our Content team. The ideal candidate will be sociable, collaborative, detail-oriented, and growth-minded. This person will have a natural disposition to eagerly take on creatively challenging material, execute on design direction, and be open and receptive to feedback. Personal organization, excellent communication, and time management in a high-volume environment are essential executive function skills. This position directly reports to the Creative Director and the future career path for this role could be Junior Graphic Designer.


Primary Role & Responsibilities 

The primary function of this role is to accurately and efficiently complete a high volume of design-related tasks. This includes:


  • Assist in completion of design materials with already established coordinated styling (i.e. social posts, email headers, simple landing pages)

  • Show a good base understanding of design fundamentals (text layout, cohesive design themes and systems)

  • Occasionally create layout and design for new materials following specified guidelines

  • Create and maintain templates, documenting detailed specs where needed

  • Follow team procedures for naming, storing, and archiving digital files

  • Communicate and collaborate openly and seamlessly with other designers and project managers

  • Proof and test design work

  • Maintain and update design templates, preserving established design themes associated with them


Qualifications for Consideration


  • Must have pdf or online portfolio to be considered

  • Beginner to Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat) Powerpoint, Keynote
