We are looking for a growth-minded Remote Junior Digital Designer to assist in the creation and design of company-wide marketing initiatives and materials, ensuring outstanding design output. This person will deliver high quality work with tight turnaround times and have a diverse arsenal of capabilities between design and web. The ideal candidate will be a natural creative collaborator, receiving and implementing feedback well. The future career path for this position could be Senior Graphic/Web Designer.


Primary Role & Responsibilities 

The primary function of this role is high quality design output. This includes: 

  • Designing, building, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and landing pages, etc.

  • Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms

  • Support the Design Team in executing creative concepts and strategies with a clear design aesthetic

  • Curating inspiration for the design team

  • Proactively managing workload and getting information necessary to successfully deliver high quality work

  • Organizing and maintaining digital files, asset libraries and other visual elements for the digital creative team

  • Support senior designers in the production of design work across channels

  • Contribute to design brainstorming and strategy discussions

Qualifications for Consideration


  • Online portfolio is required for consideration

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a professional digital design role

  • Fluent in the Creative Suite with knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design

  • Strong digital design experience in email, social, and web design

  • Experience with motion graphics/After Effects a plus, but not required
