We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to perform various types of electrical, mechanical, thermal, and environmental testing on our product line of high amperage electrical connectors and terminals. We will train on specific equipment we use for these products. This person will write test plans, test products, and prepare reports. Test Engineer will also coordinate outsourced tests and procure the necessary materials. In addition, the Test Engineer will coordinate regulatory compliance for the products and update engineering drawings and ISO product development documentation.
We're a 100% employee-owned company with a 4 day full time work week. We mold plastic parts for a variety of industries, including defense, aerospace, medical, industrial and consumer products. We also have our own product line of high amperage connectors.

A strong electrical background with technical writing skills is required. Programming experience and 3D CAD experience are a big plus.
Must be US citizen or permanent resident
Must read/write/speak English
