Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs. 

Job functions include:

  • Performing routine inspections, lubrication, and upkeep to extend equipment lifespan
    and prevent failures.
  • Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, using a variety of
    tools and testing equipment.
  • Documenting maintenance activities, parts replacements, and repairs for future
    reference.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and policies.
  • Performing minor building repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
  • Task may occasionally include landscaping, snow removal, and general groundskeeping.

The ideal candidate will be capable of taking direction and have the following attributes:

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulic
principles.
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions and identify root causes.
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other
personnel.
Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.


High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years’ experience with industrial
maintenance. Previous maintenance experience in a plastic molding operation preferred. Must be able
to lift 50 lb. and be able to crouch, sit, reach and stand in stationary positions long enough to perform
maintenance on equipment. Must have adequate vision to inspect equipment for maintenance. Able to
use Microsoft office suite and learn ERP software; ability to communicate and work well with others, well
organized and a self-starter.
