We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own & drive this vision into the hands of our members.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Own a product area - work with design, engineering, and stakeholders to turn “we should do this” into actionable, engineering ready work
  • Work with legal, compliance, and infosec to ensure our products are safe and secure
  • Develop thoughtful launch plans, considering our members, providers, health plan management, and customer support staff
  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of high-impact projects, from initial planning to launch and iterative improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve our product management processes and implement them

 

Basic qualifications

 

  • Proven experience with 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably shipping early stage products
  • Working subject matter knowledge in healthcare, through work as a product manager or in another role
  • Ability to tailor your communication style to the appropriate audience, including engineering, design, internal and external stakeholders
  • Technologically literate, from contemporary workplace tools to contributing to a database design conversation with engineers
