We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager with a focus on Member Engagement to join our Product Team.


Curatived as a leader in Covid-19 testing and vaccine distribution - we’ve learned a lot about how to scale complex systems in healthcare, and now we’ve launched a first of its kind health insurance plan in Texas. Our members pay $0 co-pays and have a $0 deductible in-network as long as they attend a Baseline Visit with our team where we get a sense of their health history and help them understand their plan benefits. 


This role will help turn that initial visit into engaging, actionable, and frictionless next steps for our members. We’re looking for someone who likes to make sense out of the noise, deeply understand a problem space, and someone who has a large amount of empathy for a variety of patient experiences. By leading our engagement strategy, you’ll be a driving voice in what, when, and why we communicate to our members. 


Our Product team works alongside engineering and design to abstract the complexity of healthcare away from our member’s experiences. Our scrum teams practice the typical agile rituals and use modern software development languages and tooling.


Responsibilities


  • Messaging - work with marketing and product teams to ensure that all communications members receive matches Curative’s brand and tone; bring empathy and evidence to our content to drive member health engagement

  • Metrics & Insights - define, measure, and socialize the impact of our member communications; use the data to drive strategy across your domain and beyond

  • Segmentation - Find ways to use data to create tailored outreach to members and their unique journeys; meet them where they are.

  • System & Process Design - define our minimum viable process and help us expand that into more automated systems as we scale. Work closely with our Member Services team to launch and support our communications.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably consumer or digital health products

  • Comfort with CRM or PRM tooling and standard evaluation metrics for outreach (open rates, clickthrough rates, etc)

  • Data-driven storyteller with excellent communication skills and ability to develop compelling sales enablement narratives

  • Enthusiastic collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, excited about helping drive alignment across different stakeholders

  • Nice to have: strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, patient needs and how to communicate with them to drive behavior is an advantage
