Job Summary:
The Manager of Corporate Compliance will lead our ethics program, manage our enterprise-wide compliance training,
oversee our GRC system and related Compliance team systems, and support entity-level compliance. This individual must
be detail-oriented and have a passion for developing and maintaining compliance systems, particularly within a health
insurance company.
Job Responsibilities
● Ethics Program Management: Develop, implement, and oversee ethics programs and initiatives that promote a
culture of integrity and ethical behavior across the organization. Provide guidance on ethical issues and conduct
investigations into ethical concerns. Maintain the Code of Conduct and track completion and response to Conflict
Of Interest disclosures.
● Compliance Training: Deliver comprehensive mandatory compliance training for all employees and contractors.

Identify opportunities for targeted training. Monitor timely completion of required trainings. Partner with IT
Department to ensure timely activation and reactivation of current and former employees in the LMS.
● GRC System Management: Oversee the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system, ensuring it is
effectively utilized to manage compliance activities, risk assessments, and internal controls. Collaborate with IT
and other departments to optimize system performance and user engagement. Develop compliance tracking,
monitoring, and program management tools outside of GRC system where appropriate or more efficient.
● Entity Compliance Support: Provide support for compliance efforts at the entity level, assisting in the
development and implementation of internal policies and procedures. Ensure consistency and alignment with
overall corporate compliance strategies. Support includes non Health Plan entities.
● Policy Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal Compliance team policies and
procedures. Additionally oversee the storing, tracking, and timely updating of Curative wide departmental
policies and procedures. Train business areas on policy and procedure maintenance standards and system
usage.
● Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
● Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in the health insurance industry required, or equivalent
combination of education (E.g., Masters in Public Health) and relevant health care compliance and regulatory
experience.
● Excellent writing skills using proper grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
● Knowledge of and experience with health care, health insurance, and similar regulatory frameworks.
● Self-directed with ability to independently and creatively problem solve. Initiative to raise concerns or
suggestions and act as champion for action.
● Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize large workloads and competing deadlines.
● Experience with project and document management.
