Summary:

The Clinical Operations Specialist is a key member of the administrative team that supports a rapidly growing team of clinicians rendering Baseline Visits in all 50 States. A broad skillset and a problem solving mindset is valued as this role plays an integral role in diverse and dynamic processes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Create volume forecasts to plan for and accommodate Baseline Visit needs

  • Work with Med Group and Health Plan teams to optimize the efficiency of our scheduling processes: maximize capacity, minimize no-shows, develop and implement processes to assure successful timely visits. 

  • Work with Med Group and Health Plan teams to assure cohort BLV completion.

  • Coordinate and/or participate in employer onsite BLV visits

  • Serve as Practice SME for various IT/platforms (Admin Portal, Elation, Looker, Dialpad, ec)

  • Support Clinical Special Projects

  • Support excellent member experience. Serve as the first point of contact for member concerns

  • Support Medical Director Med Staff management and compliance work (internal credentialing, licensure management, multi-state licensure, performance management)

  • Work with Clinical Ops Director to evaluate and implement software solutions

  • This position performs additional duties as assigned

  • 3 years of Healthcare industry experience, including patient or customer service or patient facing roles

  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills

  • Comfortable and skilled in working with ambiguity and change

  • Proficient in elections practice and health record system

  • Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
