Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting patient well-being in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Applicants should expect to work 40 hours per week and be on-site from 0830am - 5pm Monday through Friday for the duration of the assignment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct phone triage; Assess patient needs over the phone using clinical protocols, provide guidance, and determine appropriate care pathways, including urgent care, in-person visits, or home care advice.

Supervise and support MAs in daily clinical tasks, ensure adherence to protocols, and provide real-time coaching and training as needed.

Monitor daily operations to maintain a smooth patient flow, reduce wait times, and optimize scheduling. Collaborate with providers and staff to troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve processes.

Support telehealth appointments, ensuring patients receive timely and high-quality virtual care. Provide pre-visit assessments and post-visit follow-up as necessary.
Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

BLS/CPR certification.

1–2 years of nursing experience is required. Primary Care experience preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
