Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator with expertise in Software as a
Service (SaaS) technologies, specifically Google Workspace and Slack, as well as with
endpoint management of Apple MacOS and iOS endpoints. The ideal candidate will play a
critical role in optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of SaaS tools, and enhancing the overall user experience for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
SaaS Management: Administer and optimize Google Workspace and Slack environments,
ensuring best practices for security, usability, and performance.
Endpoint Management Support, configure, and maintain Windows and Macintosh endpoints in an enterprise setting, ensuring efficient deployment, security compliance, and user support.
Have significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, InTune highly
preferred.
System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SaaS applications
with existing systems and workflows.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SaaS applications and endpoint devices, providing top-tier support to end-users.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures,
and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and tools,
fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Security: Implement and monitor security protocols for SaaS applications and endpoints,
ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze system performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related role, with a strong focus on SaaS technologies.
- Knowledge of ITSM and/or ITIL practices for Information Technology Services
- Proficient in Google Workspace administration
- Extensive experience with managing enterprise endpoints using Mobile Device Management tools.

- Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional SaaS tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure
Administrator).
