The Manager of Installation and Analytics will manage a team of Installation Managers and Account Support Analysts, ensuring accurate and timely installation and reporting for all accounts while maintaining a prominent level of customer satisfaction. This leader will look for efficiencies to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators to ensure group Installation goes timely and accurately, analyze enrollment data, escalation data and reporting to collaborate with other department to optimize the overall performance and efficiencies. Performs all duties below while maintaining compliance and confidentiality while promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform full reconciliations on accounts to confirm that the group is in compliance.
  • Meet established processing cycle time standards and production due dates.
  • Identify inefficiencies within the established processes and suggest viable solutions to save time, reduce risk, and increase quality of work.
  • Track and Trend enrollment data for CQI
  • Be a liaison to Curative overall on industry and market demands to impact process, product, and tech development, along with any process improvements.
  • Identify and implement detailed work plans, service level standards, tracking schedules,
    resource plans, and status reports for the department.
  • Ensures all new and renewing client implementation tasks are completed on time and with high quality for the department.
  • Explore additional partnership to expand electronic eligibility transfers to simplify the work with Curatives constituents.
  • Lead, Facilitate and coach Implementation calls setting expectations and results.
  • Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to continue to drive process improvements.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Health Edge platform to ensure groups are installed timely and accurately.
  • Track and Trend escalated member concerns and issues that are brought to our attention via the broker or group.
  • Track and Trend unique client concessions, such as: Performance Guarantees, billing grace periods, administrative notices timeframes, etc. and collaborate with leadership along with the internal stakeholders to drive successful improvements.
  • Participate and attend client and broker meetings as needed.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Healthcare Account Installation.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare eligibility and billing procedures as well as HIPAA, Cobra and ERISA.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Adobe
  • Experience with CRM software preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interpret a variety of instructions in an ever-changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s and / or an associate degree
