We have an immediate opening for a Quality Performance Manager. This position is responsible for the monitoring, reporting and improvement of Plant Quality Metrics including, but not exclusively, MRB/DRB process, MSA and other statistical programs. There will also be considerable overlap with the duties of both Quality Systems Manager and Quality Improvement Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Establish and monitor Plant Quality Metrics and reporting systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and improvement in product quality.
•    Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) charting techniques to analyze process variation and drive continuous improvement.
•    Generate and review TLIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) output to facilitate accurate data tracking and analysis for quality assurance processes.
•    Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) assessments to identify potential failure points in processes and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
•    Create and refine Control Plans that outline specific measures and processes to maintain product quality throughout the entire production cycle.
•    Oversee the Material Review Board (MRB), Commercial Material Review Board (CMRB), and Disposition Review Board (DRB) processes to evaluate non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
•    Provide additional support for auditing processes, supplier management, and complaint investigations to ensure that all quality standards are met and maintained across all operations.
•    Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    This job has no specific supervisory responsibilities but leads through influencing and mentoring, especially when executing improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
•    Bachelor's Degree or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    ISO9001 Internal Auditor experience.
•    Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Project Management Software; Knowledge of Minitab and other statistical software.

•    Understanding ISO standards, Six Sigma, and various quality management systems.
•    Experience with lean manufacturing principles and data analysis. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•    Occasionally required to utilize hand and finger dexterity and to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
•    Frequently required to stand and walk.
•    Continually required to sit, talk and hear.
•    While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 
•    Frequently work near moving mechanical parts, work around fumes, airborne particles or toxic chemicals.
•    Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions.
•    The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 25 pounds.
