Job Summary: 
We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the LobbyCRE.ai sales team. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers in the CRE industry through a combination of targeted outbound outreach and follow-up on marketing-driven interest. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to generate pipeline, uncover prospect needs, and schedule demonstrations for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on engaging conversations, is motivated by measurable goals, and wants to grow their career in CRE fintech.  

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage prospective customers through outbound email, phone, and other sales engagement channels. 

  • Research and identify target accounts and contacts aligned with LobbyCRE.ai’s ideal customer profile.  

  • Follow up with event attendees, webinar participants, and campaign-sourced leads to convert interest into qualified opportunities. 

  • Execute structured outreach as part of demand-generation and account-based marketing initiatives. 

  • Qualify prospects by identifying business challenges, confirming fit, and aligning them with our offerings. 

  • Schedule demonstrations for Account Executives by clearly positioning the value of LobbyCRE.ai. 

  • Maintain accurate contact and activity information in the CRM (Salesforce). 

  • Work closely with marketing to share feedback on lead quality, messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness. 

  • Stay current on product updates, client use cases, and industry trends. 

  • Contribute to process improvements and help refine SDR best practices as the team grows. 

Qualifications: 

  • Strong desire to be in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Energetic, coachable, and highly motivated to learn and succeed in tech sales. 

  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and translate complex challenges into clear value. 

  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks in an organized and disciplined way. 

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. 

Bonus Points:   

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (Salesforce preferred). 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field  

  • Experience in the SaaS, fintech, or CRE industry
