Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for direct client contact from inception of the order or request through to completion of the project
- Oversee the processing of corporate services orders and following up on open items, including but not limited to:
- Execution of orders for annual reports, formations, and registered agent services.
- Create shared folders for corporate services document management.
- Export full entity reports in excel as requested.
- Promptly communicate with the team informing them of client communication and orders
- Resolve client complaints and work with the team to troubleshoot and address issues quickly
- Lead the team to onboard new corporate services clients ensuring their expectations are met
- Keep the team informed of any issues, problems or requests for pricing or services
- Communicate with the team regarding competitive information, client changes and requests for new software products or corporate services
- Maintain accounts and communicate with them on new software products or corporate services
The Corporate Services Specialist will be provided with training on our systems, the technology offered to clients, a CRM solution, and any materials needed to be successful.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service in a business environment, preferably in the public records industry such as a title company, service company or as a paralegal/legal assistant in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and entity management
- Experience in the following markets is preferable:
- Small to medium sized business environments
- Legal related software solutions, products, and services
- Law firm or corporate legal environment
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS office suite – basic PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
