This position will work within our Senior Community Living division on property assets ranging in size from 150-200 units in the Holly Springs, North Carolina area and reports to the Executive Director. We are looking for a competent Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist to undertake front desk activities on behalf of Operations Management.

The successful candidate will effectively organize the reception area, answer calls, greet guests and residents, and be the go to person to work with our community. This position will cover Saturdays from 9am to 4pm, and Sundays from 10am to 2pm. Other shifts to possible cover throughout the week as well.

Responsibilities:

Greets guests and residents.  Answer phone calls every day, all day.  Get to know residents and their preferences for interactions. Relay messages and transfer calls to residents and employees. Walk the units to ensure residents are not ill. Keep abreast of the property status.

Skills:

Proven working experience as a front desk receptionist.  Knowledge of senior living communities.  Basic understanding of MS Office.  Exquisite phone etiquette customer-focused approach.
