The Clinical Project Manager provides project management support to medical practice locations in the Santa Clara Valley by managing multiple projects from inception through maintenance and completion, by leading project planning, tracking, reporting, and maintaining program endeavors that support the strategic goals of the health plan.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Gather, define and document project requirements and scope;

  • Analyze impacts of various factors on scope;

  • Organize activities and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams;

  • Lead and support teams in achieving results that are on time, within budget, and consistent within the larger context of the business goal;

  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines;

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with peers and partners;

  • Provide regular updates to project teams, partners and management; Summarizing issues and action required;

  • Represent AC Wellness medical group to other internal groups and customers, as needed, to ensure that the organizational objectives are understood.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree

  • 4+ years of program/project management experience, ideally with PMI, Six Sigma, or similar project- management certification.

  • Experience managing projects of all sizes, including large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of health care operations, preferred

  • Knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Superb communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with peers, business partners, and leadership via appropriate medium: verbal/written/presentation.

  • Ability to comprehend and deal well with rapid changes and remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.

  • Health and Wellness experience a plus.

  • Compliance with AC Wellness Occupational Health Policy, including required immunizations.
