The Implementation Technical Lead works closely with the client to translate business needs into technical requirements and oversees and contributes to application configuration. 

The Implementation Lead is the technical advocate during the implementation ensuring the client vision and measures for success are well socialized amongst all client facing resources supporting the project. As a member of the Professional Services team, they will also contribute to process improvement, team initiatives and ongoing training.

This role will require basic Salesforce knowledge and configuration aptitude and a willingness to continually sharpen these skills through Salesforce Trailheads and peer led training.

High Level Duties:

• Using advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Greatvines, design and configure solutions in the Salesforce and GreatVines platform.  

• Collaborate with stakeholders, both internally and externally to ensure that customer implementations are successful and the transition to Production Support team is seamless 

• Lead requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical specifications

• Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation deliverables

• Documentation: Contribute regularly to knowledge base of support and best practice materials, focused on reusable resources.

• Work within the team:  Collaborate with team members in an efficient matrixed environment. Share knowledge, support department and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical consultation, experience in the Salesforce.com Platform 

• 1-2 years admin or solution development experience

• Could be waived for the right technical candidate with industry experience

• Comfortable leading discovery, strategy and requirements sessions

• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of a customer or partner organization

• Ability to account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges

• Bev/Alcohol industry experience is desirable
