We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support our partners and sales teams.
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, managing content and digital assets, and supporting event coordination. This individual will work cross-functionally to support marketing programs that align with business objectives, and the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Support
-
Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, webinars, etc.)

Coordinate with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery

Content Marketing & Asset Management

Help draft, edit, and publish marketing content including but not limited to: social media posts, emails, sales collateral, case studies, and newsletters.

Work with the Marketing Manager to keep the website up to date.

Social Media & Digital Presence

Manage and schedule posts across company social media channels (LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.)

Track engagement and help grow the company’s social media footprint

Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to Andavi's digital properties, including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink outreach.

Event & Trade Show Support

Coordinate logistics for industry events, webinars, and trade shows (e.g., booth assets, shipping, registration, collateral)

Support pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up activities

Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in tools such as Google, Canva, Wordpress
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies and sales funnel concepts

Basic design or video editing skills a plus
