Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented new logo Account Executive, who is ready to hunt, to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving Andavi's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS or data-centric solutions, and possess exceptional skills in prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

Position Andavi’s AI-first unified platform as a catalyst for customer transformation and competitive advantage. Tailor solutions to specific industry use cases, demonstrating how Andavi enables growth through innovation for each client.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.

Accurately forecast deals and maintain detailed CRM records to track pipeline progression and performance.

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B new business development, preferably in SaaS, AI, data, or analytics industries.

Beverage alcohol and/or CPG experience a plus.

Proven ability to close complex sales cycles in mid-market and/or enterprise segments.

Strategic thinker with consultative sales skills and a value-based selling mindset.

Deep curiosity for emerging technologies and a belief in the power of AI to transform businesses.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
