Your Responsibilities

  • Aggressively pursue opportunities with digital marketers to demonstrate how Reactful’s AI and machine learning technology can better achieve their goals and track results.
  • Identify target market opportunities, develop a prospecting plan and then execute to build sales pipeline.
  • Track and manage prospecting and sales activity using Salesloft and Salesforce.com.  
  • Manage multiple opportunities and work with Customer Success teams and management to ultimately win business for the Company.
  • Accomplish or surpass targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis to earn incentive compensation for achieving your goals.
  • Manage the administrative process which includes data entry in Salesforce.com and all forecasting/deal planning.
  • Excellent opportunity for unlimited earnings since no cap on commission plan


Your Profile:

  • Ready to join an exciting company in Santa Barbara and contribute to a growing sales team!
  • Able to fearlessly prospect into new markets
  • Ideally 2-5 years of software sales/closing experience with mid-market to large enterprise company clients
  • Top notch email and phone etiquette is required, as well as great follow up skills
  • Experience with sales automation products is a plus
  • Self-motivated and ready to deliver great results!
