As the Talent Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for supporting with the ambitious effort to staff our Zeta Charter Schools. The Talent Recruitment Manager is an excellent project manager with a demonstrated track record of moving quickly and managing a demanding workload. You’ll work with a team of mission-driven, high-achieving, passionate colleagues to help Zeta succeed in its mission to build and sustain high-performing schools that forge thriving communities of lifelong learners, problem solvers, and innovators.

As a Talent Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive our aggressive 2019-2020 recruitment campaign that successfully results in new hires for our 2 (K-2) schools and headquarters team through support with scheduling and coordinating candidates through the hiring process

  • Collaborate with a team of fast-paced, goal-driven recruiters who are constantly improving their systems to improve the speed at which we hire and the success of our hires

  • Devise new, innovative approaches to recruitment outreach and our selection process of top-tiered talent for all open positions

  • Support team in managing a competitive recruitment marketing campaign around school-based hiring that includes online advertising campaigns, brochures, recruitment events and other recruitment activities

  • Maintain and support evaluation metrics to measure our recruitment achievements and to help us refine our processes

  • Support with payroll and finance reconciliation support including but not limited to bi-weekly payroll submissions, credit card expenses, network-wide reimbursements, invoicing and other financial tasks as needed

We are looking for talented Talent Recruitment Manager with at least 3-4 years of experience within roles that required strong project management and organizational skills in high volume, fast-paced work environment. Our ideal Talent Recruitment Associate will have a proven track record of improving processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, we are looking for the following characteristics:


  • Strong project management skills and a sense of ownership over projects that drive efficiency and excellence in all aspects of work

  • Strong systems thinking to create scalable processes across schools

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment, and an ability to work both independently and in highly collaborative environment

  • Flexible schedule including the ability to work late nights and weekends, as needed

  • Technical skills. Microsoft Office Applications - Word, PowerPoint and Excel, databases, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, etc.

  • Demonstrated passion for the mission, vision, and core values of Zeta Charter Schools
