As a Senior Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include maintaining existing code and solving bugs that arise from support requests. In addition, responsibilities include writing and executing custom code, analyzing data to assist in problem solving, and executing monitoring code to maintain system stability. Monitoring will include keeping an eye on metrics provided by the system, determining priority and solving or collaborating with DevOps on resolution. Experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL is a must. Java, Javascript, NGINX, Apache Tomcat, UNIX, and networking technologies is also required. This will be a senior level position, so looking for somebody with a healthy amount of experience and knowledge.


  • Investigating situations involving existing code base to determine potential issues

  • Assisting with resolution of problems

  • Constructing SQL queries to pull and analyze data

  • Communicate with customers or support team members

  • Monitor system and database feedback to prevent future issues

  • Perform or assist with customer professional service efforts

  • Identifying bugs in code and devising solutions

  • Perform critical system maintenance tasks

  • Write and execute custom code blocks to complete customer requests


  • 4 year degree in IT field, or relevant experience

  • Responsible, self-driven, and motivated

  • Deep understanding on IT systems, and coding practices

  • Understanding of relational database, web technologies, and API development

  • Good communication skills

  • Desire to work in a fast paced, high growth environment

  • Understanding of basic billing concepts
