Strategic partners are a cornerstone of our growth strategy. Providing leading edge solutions to solve our market's most challenging business problems requires strong partner relationships. The Vice President of Alliance and Channels will be responsible for building and leading our partner go-to-market strategy. This individual will identify and engage key partners that will support our overall go-to-market strategy, and will be responsible for growing those relationships reporting to the Head of Sales.



  • Drive revenue growth through our partners

  • Create, manage, and execute partner strategy

  • Build and manage enablement programs focused on recruiting, educating, and empowering new partners while ensuring the success of existing ones

  • Ensure partners deliver customer success through certified consultants, with systems, tools, and processes

  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across top partners




Required Skills & Experience


  • Broad-based business professional with 12+ years of experience building an alliances/channel organization at a major global enterprise software firm.

  • High intellectual horsepower, high-energy, visionary executive with proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives

  • Consistent track record of building, developing and managing high performing teams.

  • Consistent track record of relentless operational execution

  • Must be flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced, fluid environment

  • Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and transactions

  • Deep relationships with C-level executives at Partner companies.

  • International experience in managing and growing business in both developing and mature markets

  • Strong understanding of SaaS and the business benefits

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Extensive experience presenting to and negotiating with senior level management(internal and external)

  • Must be open to 50% travel.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
