In the role of Project Manager, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your management and technical skills across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will be part of the growing team and collaborative environment where your opinion and ideas matter.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand and define project scope, requirements and deliverables for each project.
Work with software development, quality assurance and product team members to help produce estimates for resources, time and budget.
Develop project plans and track milestones and deliverables. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Collaborating extensively with all contributors and communicating expectations throughout the project, providing updates to key stakeholders
Managing project process through planning, development, test, and delivery phases
Required education / experiences / skills / competencies:
Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience managing multiple cross-functional software development projects of medium to high complexity
Strong SDLC experience in agile environments, including use of and familiarity with modern project, and work management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence,etc..!)
Solid organizational, skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, technical and non-technical personnel, and the company’s external audiences
Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills. Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others who may have different skill sets, backgrounds and positions within and external to the organization
Self-motivated, independent and possessing the ability to learn quickly
