We are seeking a bright, motivated Digital Marketing Associate with an analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail to join our Marketing Team. This person will be responsible for digital marketing: web content, SEO, email marketing, channel performance, and social media content.  We offer an engaging, fast-paced environment in which you will have the opportunity to get hands-on digital marketing experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Social Media Marketing initiatives, including ongoing brand awareness and program aligned campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Slideshare and Youtube.

  • Quantitative assessment and continuous optimization across digital marketing channels (e.g. SEM, SEO, paid social) to increase customer acquisition and drive traffic and sales.

  • Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns through marketing automation tool Pardot, including landing pages, forms, and tracking campaign effectiveness.

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using Excel and Google Analytics.

  • Collect and analyze digital market data to guide insightful production of content and program strategy.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of related experience

  • Experience working at or within a technology environment

  • Pardot and SFDC experience a plus

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, a data driven mindset

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment, self-driven

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Bachelor degree or higher required
