The Program Coordinator for COPD360Net - the COPD Foundation’s Digital Health and Therapeutics Accelerator Network - will work closely with the Vice President of COPD360Net to track all interactions with potential and existing COPD360Net partners using Salesforce CRM and support coordination of COPD360Net projects.


Using organizational and communication skills, the COPD360Net Program Coordinator will support interactions with potential businesses who are interested in establishing partnerships with COPD360Net and coordinate review of potential opportunities. It is critical for the program coordinator to consistently articulate the overall COPD Foundation mission and its COPD360Net initiative as the one interacting with external parties. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment with superior time management and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.




COPD360Net Program Coordination

·        Work with the Vice President of COPD360Net to track communications, action items and relationships with existing and potential COPD360Net Partners using Salesforce

·        Assist in meeting preparation and coordination of COPD360Net Committee meetings – Executive Committee, Steering Committee, Working Groups, Accredited Center Review Committee

·        Coordinate the COPD360Net Accredited Center review process, track new applicants and manage notifications

·        Liaise with the Community Engagement Committee regarding COPD360Net potential assets/opportunities for their feedback

·        Track progress of potential COPD360Net assets/company partnerships progress through the various approval processes

·        Support COPD360Net projects by organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, tracking and following up on action items when appropriate

·        Manage COPD360Net documents to ensure proper record keeping

·        Coordinate with other COPD Foundation staff leading specific tasks related to COPD360Net assets where appropriate

·        Along with the Vice President of COPD360Net, liaise with the COPD Foundation’s communication team to support creation of online presence

·        Coordinate with COPDF contracts and finance personnel re: invoicing related to COPD360Net activities (sub-projects, consultancies, licensing)



·        Minimum 4 years progressive communications and coordination experience, preferably in a business setting

·        Project management skills

·        Highly collaborative style to work with all stakeholders including staff, patients, investors, and Industry partners

·        Adaptable, flexible when necessary; hands on player/coach who can implement as well as design

·        Process oriented mindset, logical thinker, self-motivated, organization skills, results and detail oriented

·        Ability to work in a team environment and to take on additional responsibilities to assist others

·        Excellent writing/editing and verbal communications skills



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.



Expertise using Salesforce is critical to the role

Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

Experience with SAGE INTACCT a plus

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Google Analytics a plus

Experience with Survey Monkey and/or Microsoft Forms a plus
