Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing COPDF’s contract management database, ensuring accurate and timely input into company systems, and coordinating contract expirations across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
· Accurately and completely input data from Microsoft Planner into COPDF’s contract management database, VendorRisk.
· Perform regular data quality checks to identify errors and discrepancies.
· Organize and file documents for easy retrieval and reference.
· Correctly organize and name all documents currently managed in VendorRisk.
· Maintain communication with Head of Grant and Contract Management.
Manage Contract Expirations:
· Track upcoming contract expirations in VendorRisk.
· Consolidate expirations per Department. Communicate with each Department to get clarification whether each contract needs an extension or may expire.
· Maintain communication with Head of Grant and Contract Management.
Contract Technology Support:
· Assist Head of Grant and Contract Management with identifying and evaluating technology solutions for contract efficiencies.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (minimum of 1-3 years).
· Strong attention to detail and understanding of data management practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred
