Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator
East Boston, MA - Hybrid
Reports to: Customer Success Manager

Company Overview
You'll be employed by RepSpark, but embedded within the Tee Commerce team, where you'll work on building the golf merchandise platform as a core member of their operating unit. At Tee Commerce, we make it easy for private clubs and golf courses to sell merchandise online with no extra work or inventory risk. We design and manage custom online retail storefronts that match each club’s look and feel, giving members access to hundreds of products from top brands. As orders come in, we handle fulfillment, applying the club’s logo and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Our team also manages inventory, customer service, sourcing new merchandise, and marketing, allowing clubs to expand their retail offerings without added complexity. Joining our team means becoming part of a fast-growing startup in the golf industry where every role directly impacts our success.

Job Summary
As our Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll help our partner clubs get more out of their online stores – both by shaping what shoppers see and by helping plan the promotions that drive them to buy. You’ll partner closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to strategize seasonal promotions, marketing calendars, and campaigns for our partner clubs, then bring those plans to life by creating the content – emails, social posts, graphics, and on-site messaging – needed to execute them.

On the merchandising side, you’ll help decide what each storefront features and how it’s laid out: curating collections, spotlighting seasonal or high-margin products, and refining storefront layout and navigation to increase sales and average order value. You’ll also support the health of our product catalog – keeping listings, descriptions, images, and categorization accurate and up to date – so our merchandising strategy is always built on a clean, well-organized foundation.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who’s equally comfortable thinking strategically about what will sell and rolling up their sleeves to build the campaign, curate the collection, or clean up the catalog that makes it happen.

Key Responsibilities
●    Partner with the Customer Success team to plan promotional calendars, campaigns, and marketing initiatives for partner clubs, aligned to seasonality, inventory, and each club’s goals.
●    Create the marketing content: needed to execute those plans – email campaigns, social media posts, promotional graphics, product photography, and on-site banners and messaging.
●    Strategically merchandise partner storefronts by selecting and curating featured products and collections, and refining storefront layout and navigation to increase sales and average order value.
●    Analyze storefront and campaign performance (best sellers, conversion, engagement) to inform merchandising and content decisions, and iterate based on results.
●    Maintain and support the product catalog: adding new products, writing product descriptions, sourcing and optimizing images, and keeping categorization and tagging clean and consistent.
●    Collaborate with Customer Success on seasonal launches (new season, holiday, tournament merchandise) to ensure storefronts are stocked, styled, and promoted on time.
●    Stay on top of merchandising and e-commerce best practices, bringing recommendations back to the team on how to improve storefront performance.
●    Support the broader Customer Success and Sales teams with ad hoc marketing materials – sales collateral, one-pagers, and social content – as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
●    1–3+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce merchandising, content creation, or a related role – ideally at a retail, e-commerce, or DTC brand.
●    Strong eye for visual merchandising and storefront design; comfortable deciding what to feature and how to lay it out to drive sales.
●    Hands-on content creation skills – comfortable with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for graphics, plus basic photography and photo editing.
●    Excellent writing skills for marketing copy, product descriptions, and campaign content.
●    Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable managing a product catalog and keeping data clean across many storefronts.
●    Comfortable working in e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience a plus) and reading basic performance analytics.
●    Self-starter who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Benefits & Perks
●    Compensation: Base $65–75k
●    Hybrid Work Environment: Ability for a mix of working at home and in the office to be discussed with the manager during the interview process.
●    Startup Culture: Join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the company’s success.
●    Growth Path: As an early hire in this function, you’ll help define our marketing and merchandising playbook as Tee Commerce scales.
●    Passion for Golf? Even Better! If you love golf or have an interest in the industry, this is a great opportunity to work with top clubs and golf professionals.
