Position Summary
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to work on our technology platform and service offerings across the cyber ecosystem.

You're a seasoned product professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity offerings across the defensive and governance stacks who understands the core use cases — and how they could change as AI remakes the industry. You'll bring your knowledge of buyers and defenders across every market segment to bear, defining capabilities that address the most underserved desired outcomes for our customers while advancing the art of the possible in cyber defense.

Key Responsibilities

Defines capabilities that address the most underserved desired outcomes for customers, while advancing the art of the possible in cyber defense.
Defines and drives requirements throughout the software and service development lifecycle.
Delivers new offerings to market that define or advance the standard by which other offerings are judged.
Leads the teams delivering on the roadmap, knowing when to “push” and when to “pull” to produce consistent, repeatable, high-quality delivery.
Builds relationships that foster collaborative work across all aspects of the organization.
Communicates and presents to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.

Experience, Education, and Skills Required

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience defining and building offerings for cyber defenders, CISOs, or both — ideally inclusive of managed services or consulting services.
Extensive knowledge of at least two of the following domains: Offensive Security/Penetration Testing, SIEM and Security Data Lakes, Cloud Security (CNAPP, CSPM), Endpoint Detection and Response, Network Detection and Response, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Threat Exposure Management, or Continuous Controls Monitoring.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience with creation of managed service offerings, ideally at scale.
Prior experience in early-stage technology companies.

Preferred Qualifications

A proven ability to “think on your feet.”
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort addressing both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships that foster collaborative work across all aspects of an organization.
