Position Description
Product Manager and System Engineer will be responsible for product management, road-map development, systems engineering, product requirements development, solution strategy development and vendor management for unified communication solutions and services for all Tango enterprise mobility lines of business.
The position will report to and be mentored by Chief Product Officer. The candidate must bring demonstrated personal product management and customer engagements.
Required Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and system engineering
• Experience working with cloud-based unified communication solutions
• Experience working in SaaS-based enterprise communication business model
• Experience working in Agile-based development
Job Responsibilities
• Bridge between Sales, Account, Business Development teams and Product Development team by working closely with all the teams
• Direct involvement with Tango’s solution partners and mobile network operators for capturing all requirements and reflecting them in the product plans for development
• Competitive analysis and author white papers and technical customer presentations
• Business case development
• Market research to identify target market segment and size for the solutions developed at Tango
• Development of detailed product specifications and requirements to the Design team
• Partner and customer management for road-map and technical engagements
• Vendor selection, qualification and management for solution development
• Build and manage road-maps and align it with company’s overall strategy and direction
• Create and manage product packaging and pricing
