Role:

The Channel Account Director will responsible for managing assigned accounts in the Eastern Region of the United States. This critical role be responsible for the given Territory / Accounts and creating rapid top line growth to meet revenue and profitability targets.

 

Skills and Abilities Required:

·       Overall Channel Account Management and Technology Sales experience (8 yrs+.)

·       Demonstrate leadership in managing existing business, developing new business and building strategic, long-term and high-value engagements with existing customers through solution sales approach.

·       Building lasting relationships with Partner executives (CxO, VP levels)

·       Create and manage detailed Account Plans. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and execute account mining activities as a member of the sales team for North America.

·       Pipeline Management, Deal Shaping, Qualification, and Assist Partner with demonstrations, value propositions, quoting and closing.

·       Recent experience scaling client accounts (with $1M - $25M) and accelerating revenue growth.

·       Strong understanding of Telecoms, Service Providers, Enterprise Software, Collaboration, and Mobility Technologies and Strategy, Relationship and Account Management, Strategic Market Research and Planning, RFPs & Contract Negotiations, Financial and Competitive Analysis.

·       Deep understanding of collaboration and communication solutions and mobile workforce management.

·       Recent experience selling into IT and Financial departments and Enterprise Software experience is a big plus.

 

Must Demonstrate:

·       Strong people and presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence in articulating value propositions.

·       History of exceeding quotas and high growth gained through relationship selling and strategic channel account management.

·       Ability to provide customer demonstrations and presentations at the CTO level.

·       Passionate in understanding key customer needs and deeply motivated to help clients achieve business objectives

·       Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large enterprise deals.

·       Understanding of the Technologies & Services (Cloud Solutions, Collaboration, Mobility, CRM, MDM etc.)

·       Strong affinity to follow processes: CRM, Sales methodologies. Knowledge of Salesforce applications is a plus.

·       Experience in using emerging innovation trends to improve or create new offerings, products or services.

·       Optimistic outlook toward all activities and seeks out social interactions to build long lasting relationships.

·       Strong knowledge of Enterprise Software, Mobility and High Tech industries.
