Role:

Are you passionate about Partners?  Do you want to create the optimum Customer Experience?  The Partner On-boarding Specialist is a key position working with new customers in order to ensure a smooth transition to Tango Networks / Simetric. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and providing high quality support to new customers, in a manner that delivers on defined department objectives in order to successfully lead new Partners through Trial and On-boarding, while creating a positive customer experience.

 

Skills and Abilities Required:

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide a calming effect on situations that require immediate and tactical attention

·       Manage and coordinate new customer on-boarding activities and act as the primary contact for all steps in Partner Trial and On-boarding

·       Diagnose and resolve problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgement and expertise – resulting in solutions

·       Experience working in a highly complex matrix company environment – managing success across matrix

·       Highly motivated team player – holding accountability as an individual contributor

·       Strong Project Management skills with attention to deadlines and details

·       Strongly detail oriented and able to follow defined processes

·       Solid Time Management Skills

·       High Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM Tools

·       Power of Persuasion – ability to get a “yes”

·       Strongly Sales Centric – driving revenue is the end goal

·       Knowledge of Telecommunications and Network Services a must. Background in mobile telephony a plus.

·       Must understand key concepts of call routing, system connectivity, provisioning functions, and general telecom support practices.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate pre-sales technical interactions, including trials and pre-sales configurations, and pre-sales solution development.

·       Manage and take full ownership of customer on-boarding and initial configuration

·       Pro-actively engage with customers to manage the account from a technical perspective and support or coordinate the general sales account management process in conjunction with sales and directors.

·       Identify deviations from standard deployment scope and capture relevant requirements for assessment

·       Act as liaison between Sales and Operations to own end to end on-boarding process

·       Demonstrate and subsequently train Partners on use of operational tools and portals in preparation for trials

·       Proactively resolve issues and problems before they become revenue impacting or customer satisfaction issues

·       Ability to provide customer demonstrations and presentations at the CTO level

·       Passionate in understanding key customer needs and deeply motivated to help clients achieve business objectives

·       Proven track record of supporting large accounts and managing large enterprise on-boarding activities.

·       Follow all processes and document necessary changes for efficiency

·       Serve as a customer advocate, representing the customer’s interests within Tango/Simetric

·       Fully understand, and able to educate customers on product capabilities and detailed implementation details.
