About the Role
Our outpatient imaging center is seeking a skilled and patient‑focused PET/CT Technologist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who values a steady daytime schedule, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to provide high‑quality diagnostic imaging that directly impacts patient care.
As a PET/CT Technologist, you will perform PET and CT imaging studies, ensuring accuracy, safety, and an exceptional patient experience. You’ll work closely with radiologists, nurses, and support staff in a fast‑paced but supportive outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform PET/CT scans — Acquire high‑quality diagnostic images following established protocols.

Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals — Ensure safe handling, dosing, and documentation.

Provide patient care — Educate patients, address concerns, and maintain a calm, professional environment.

Maintain equipment and safety standards — Perform QA/QC checks and follow radiation safety guidelines.

Collaborate with clinical teams — Communicate effectively with radiologists and staff to support efficient workflow.
Qualifications

ARRT(N) and ARRT(CT) certification required.

Current Texas MRT license.

Minimum 1 year of PET/CT experience in a clinical setting (outpatient experience a plus).
